How to delete your data from Colleo. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Sign in, open Connections, and press Disconnect next to the account. The access key is removed at once. To delete everything we hold about your business, write to contact@colleo.ai from your sign-in email and we will delete it within 30 days.
In Facebook, open Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Colleo, and press Remove. In Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites, find Colleo, and press Remove. When you remove Colleo, Meta tells us, and we delete the information we received through that account within 30 days.
The posts, comments, messages and access keys we received through the account, and the drafts that were made from them. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Write to contact@colleo.ai. We reply within a few days.
If you started a deletion from Facebook or Instagram, open this page with the confirmation code you were given.
